Wholesale Policies

To qualify for a wholesale account you must:

• operate a physical retail premises, with or without an online presence, or
• be an online-only business with an established audience or customer base.

Selling on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, OnBuy or similar platforms is not permitted unless approved in writing by Elvanto.

Wholesale purchases are for resale only and may not be used for personal use.

All wholesale applications are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to:

• decline applications that are not in keeping with our brand
• cancel an approved order if we decide that these terms have been breached
• ensure that all our resellers align with the values and standards of the Elvanto brand

To apply, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page with your business name, company or VAT registration number where applicable, trading address and a short description of your business.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Unless stated otherwise, wholesale prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added at the applicable UK rate on your invoice.

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers intending to resell products either in store or online.

Promotional or volume orders from general customers do not qualify for wholesale pricing.

If you would like a quotation or need to discuss large-quantity discounts, please get in touch with us directly.

Our wholesale pricing already reflects significant savings. Additional discounts are not available unless:

• a special promotional event is announced, or
• a large-volume order is discussed and approved under a separate written agreement.

Any order placed using unauthorised discount codes will be cancelled.

• VAT invoices are available on request and are issued in GBP.
• All wholesale orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
• We do not offer credit or net payment terms at this time.
• Payment must be cleared before order processing begins.

• All items are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
• Delivery is currently available to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
• Large and heavy machines are delivered on a pallet to the kerbside; please make sure your premises can accept a pallet delivery.
• Free delivery is available on qualifying wholesale orders placed through our website. Where a delivery charge applies, it is agreed with you before the order is confirmed.

Once payment has been received:

• orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days
• you will be notified in advance of any delay
• tracking information is sent by email once the order has been dispatched

Elvanto supports bulk orders, B2B partners and wholesale distributors, including landscaping contractors, grounds-maintenance businesses and hire companies.

If you purchased through a third-party partner, please follow their returns process and contact their support team in the first instance.

We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

• please inspect your delivery on arrival and note any damage with the driver
• report any issues within 5 days of delivery
• email us with your order number, clear photographs and a description so that we can resolve the matter promptly

• Wholesale returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging where required.
• Approved returns must be sent using a tracked service.
• Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Our standard Refund & Returns Policy applies to consumer orders; business-to-business orders are governed by these wholesale terms.
