Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed and dispatched.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number.

• Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled before delivery.
• If you no longer want the item, you may return it after delivery in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

As a UK consumer buying online you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Our 90-day returns window goes beyond this legal minimum. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details of how to return an item.

If your order includes products that are made to order or personalised to your specification, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun. We will tell you before you order if this applies to an item.

To cancel your order, please contact us using the details below and include:

• your full name
• your order number
• the reason for cancellation (optional)

We will confirm by email whether the cancellation has been accepted.

• If your cancellation request is accepted before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
